Limehouse Drains are looking for a hard working, motivated, friendly person with good communication skills and attention to detail to join our bookings team.
What We Need
We are looking for a BOOKING COORDINATOR to work with our bookings team at our head office in London.
No industry specific experience is required. Full training will be given.
Salary
£23,975 per annum.
The Job Role
Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with enquiries and job bookings.
Providing a high level of personalised customer service at all times.
Hours of Work
The role is an 8 hour day between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
Sometimes you will start earlier, sometimes later.
If you are asked to work overtime, you will always be paid.
There is occasional weekend work on a rota.
Person Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Very good numerical skills
- Previous experience within a busy, customer-focused environment
- Good work ethic
- Skilled at multi-tasking
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- An ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers
- Positive can do attitude
